Role Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer to lead our quality assurance efforts for both web and mobile applications. With at least four years of proven experience in automation testing, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industry-standard testing technologies and the ability to communicate fluently in both Chinese and English.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain automation test scripts for web and mobile platforms, ensuring high-quality, reliable code deployments.
● Identify, document, and manage defects through their lifecycle.
● Work closely with the development and product teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
● Employ the latest automation testing frameworks and tools to optimize testing processes and improve coverage.
● Ensure seamless integration of test automation into the CI/CD pipeline.
● Regularly communicate project status, key findings, and quality metrics to stakeholders in both Chinese and English.
Required Qualifications:
● Minimum of 3 years’ experience in web and mobile application automation testing.
● Proficient in a range of automation testing tools and frameworks, including but not limited to: Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, and Robot Framework.
● Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI, as well as version control systems (e.g., Git).
● Familiarity with performance testing and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling) is a plus.
● Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English.
● A solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment is preferred.
