Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (English & Chinese) Remote Administrative Clerk to support our Singapore-based team in daily operations for global brand expansion. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and documentation across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Document & Data Management: Draft, proofread, and organize bilingual (English/Chinese) documents (contracts, reports, emails, etc.).
Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between teams and international partners via email, chat, and calls. Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Administrative Support: Handle routine tasks: order tracking, logistics coordination, invoicing, etc.
Requirements:
Language: Fluent in English & Chinese (written and spoken).
Skills & Experience: 1+ years in admin, clerical, or e-commerce support roles. Proficient in Office/G Suite, Zoom, Slack, etc.
Traits: Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to remote work. Strong attention to detail and cross-cultural communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) .
