About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong background in Web3 and DeFi to help drive the next generation of decentralized financial applications. This is a unique opportunity to help shape products at the intersection of financial innovation, smart contract automation, and user-centric design. You’ll play a key role in defining product strategy, collaborating with engineering and design teams, and engaging directly with users across the decentralized finance ecosystem. Responsibilities Own Product Vision & Strategy Define and articulate the product vision, long-term roadmap, and success metrics in alignment with company goals. Lead Full Product Lifecycle Drive the development process from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement. Define & Prioritize Requirements Translate user needs and business goals into clear product specifications and prioritize development tasks based on impact and feasibility. User & Stakeholder Engagement Engage with users (including DeFi protocols, wallets, exchanges, and asset managers) to gather feedback, validate concepts, and support adoption. Performance Tracking & Optimization Analyze product usage and performance data to inform decisions and optimize for growth, retention, and user satisfaction. Market Awareness Stay informed on the evolving DeFi and crypto landscape. Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to drive product differentiation. Requirements 2+ years of experience in product management, ideally within Web3, DeFi, fintech, or related tech startups. Strong technical fluency – able to understand smart contracts, protocol logic, and communicate effectively with engineering teams. Analytical and structured thinking – capable of breaking down complex systems and communicating them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent communication skills – strong in both written and verbal formats; capable of managing stakeholders and conveying vision. Product intuition – a deep sense of what makes DeFi products successful from both B2B and retail perspectives. Adaptability & ownership – thrives in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment; takes initiative and sees things through.
