Salary: 50 rmb per hour, part time + bonus
A real estate owner in New York is looking for an experienced customer service or phone call handler to call our list of medical centers, churches, and children's schools in Queens, NY to ask them if they are interested in expanding. Some calls will be in Chinese, some will be in English.
Responsibilities:
-Call our list during normal New York working hours
-Call to introduce yourself and ask if they are interested in receiving more info about some new vacant retail stores we have for rent or sale
-Save the phone numbers and email addresses of those who are interested
Requirements:
-We will only consider bilingual applicants
-Fluent in Mandarin & English
-Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, real estate, or sales outreach preferred
-Professional and friendly on the phone
This is a short-term project with potential for future work.
