# Need Help Fixing Datagram Network Node / Dashboard Sync Issue
I purchased a Datagram Network node/license through the official dashboard using my connected wallet on BNB Chain.
The blockchain transactions completed successfully:
* token approval succeeded
* “Buy Batch” contract function executed successfully
* DGRAM tokens were transferred from my wallet to the Datagram contract
However, the purchased node/license never appeared on my dashboard/account.
Important details:
* Wallet is connected correctly
* Purchase was made from inside the logged-in dashboard
* Transaction status on BscScan is SUCCESS
* Payment definitely went through
* No node/license is visible afterward
What I need:

* Help determining whether:
* the node exists on-chain but is not synced to dashboard
* the backend failed to assign entitlement
* or the purchase flow failed internally despite successful transaction
